Yes. Expenses are deductible as medical expenses if they are for “medical care” which is defined as “amounts paid for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, or for the purpose of affecting any structure or function of the body.” [§213(d)(1)(A)]
Therefore, the cost of fertility enhancement qualifies as a medical expense.
